My other half is doing a 2 day induction for a job. It will be 10 hour shifts 7 on 7 off and he won't be entitled to paternity leave. He said he'll be too tired when he gets home so I won't see much of him for a week. I'm so happy that he's got it. But just so afraid of being on my own and going into labour I'm not used to being alone it's making me anxious 😖 quite upset. But a job is a job. How do you ladies cope when your other half is in work ?
Yeah I don't see any of my friends either, I'm hoping to go to baby groups when baby is here to meet new people xx
@amyloux, yeah that's what im going to try and do! Me and my partner don't live together so I stay with him a few days a week and my mothers the other few days. @sophie94x it's lovely you got your little boy. I don't even see my friends anymore they don't want to know me since being pregnant so im super lonely lol xx
I stay at home and tidy the house all day every day it's very lonely. it's the school holidays now so I do have my son which is nice, but when he's at school I'm bored all the time x
It's good you got plans so you're covered @kianryansmummy I'm a bit stumped on what to do Xx
Just try and keep yourself busy...I'm not a fan of being on my own either and my other half has also just got a new job which means I don't see him at all really Monday to Friday as by the time he gets home he is tired. I will go to my parents house or see friends so I get a bit of socialisation during the days whilst he is at work and that seems to help :) xx
@sophie94x, that's a really good idea! I may have to look into that it will drive me stir crazy being stuck in all the time xx
