How did you know when you were ready to go back to work? It may seem like a silly question, but did something just tell you, you were ready to work again?

For me I currently told my husband I wanted to work again. It was nice to focuse on my schooling and my daughter and having my husband be the provider. But I'm ready to help bring money in so he isn't so tired and doing insane hours. In just three weeks he's worked 200 hours that's not including this week, so he's exhausted. We talked about me trying to find a job and either switching off on who watches our daughter or looking into a daycare. I think my daughter is ready to be away from me a few hours and see her daddy more.

I'm ready to make money too, to help. And to get out of the house more. Some mornings I wake up and I'm so tired, it makes me think I'm not ready for a job yet. @babynessa

I have those mornings were I'm exhausted. But then as the day goes on I'm so bored and my husband sleeps all day because he works till 5-5:30am and my daughter misses him. She literally sees him when he wakes up to get ready for work and crys when he leaves. That time frame is about an hour. My heart breaks for her. She just wants daddy time and he can't because he's trying to provide everything we need and want. So me working would give her that time she needs with him because he can do a normal 8 hour shift and come home. Instead of having to do 13 hours every night. Just hope I get a job soon. @vb95

Hmm I was going to fill out an application and everyrhing and the next morning I was exhausted and knew I wasn't ready yet. I just want to get out of the house and make some money too. But I also enjoy my days at home. So you don't do daycare or anything?? That's another thing we would have to look for @babynessa

For us, we decided to look into a daycare so she can be surrounded by other kids. But we want to do our research and do price quotes see how the daycares around us operate and if we are comfortable then we'll do daycare. If not then we decided we'll work opposite shifts. I'll work mornings and he'll work nights. That way he can be home with her during the day and I'll take care of her at night. But daycare is better for us since I'm an online student and he's starting his online schooling in October. So the time she'd be in daycare we can do out schooling. @vb95
