One week ago I put up a post about how I was only able to pump about 5oz and asked what I could do to bring my supply up...
I was so sad because I didn't think I was feeding my baby girl {Chunky lol} enough... So I started doing some research and read what other mothers were doing...
N thanks to these herbs yesterday I was able to pump 15oz... I'm super excited because my lil girl can eat which comes in handy for over night slumbers lol

@baileyrosemarie, lol no you don't sound mean. we are trying to do the same thing. get out the house every once in a while with out baby. my mom lives on bragg. next time I'm out that way I will pm you if you want to meet up and walk around the park or something. my baby is 8 months. he's older than your baby I think.
@auburnmom2, is that y my SO want my booty every night??!! Lol 😂😂😂 I don't think so though I mean no one has pointed that out n I don't smell it... Yea that was my while thing I wanna build up a stash so I can leave the house sometimes without her... @baileyrosemarie, do you smell like syrup? lol that's what I read. I am only pumping 4 oz a day:(. my baby is 8 months and my body is producing what he needs. I just need to build a stash. oh and I just moved from springlake almost 2 years ago.lol I'm near raleigh now.
@surayyahhh, 3x3 (3 pills 3 times a day) 9am 1pm n 4pm I eat while taking them... Oatmeal, fruit, nuts then one hour after I pump... If I nurse anytime between that I wait another hour so my breast will fill up some more
@angiek, yea I seen a major increase on day 4... One of my friends told me about it she said she seen a difference in 24 hours n my other friend said it took her about 2 weeks

Nope not at all... Before when I was barley pumping enough I would supplement n she would become gassy now well lately she has been doing a lot better @bianca_rose
I'm sorry I was pumping 3x/day each time from both Brest I would get about 5oz or less now I can get up to 15oz... Give r take I only give her about 3-4oz per feeding... @Bianca_Rose
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

My husband and I love the name Emerson for our son. But after I looked it up I saw that is really popular in the US as a girls name. What do you think?
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
