@baileyrosemarie, I do drink a tea that has it in it. I've been pumping after each feeding and that seems to be working the best.

Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
