I had post this through food & recipes but didn't get an answer and I want to start cooking already... I never used this type of oil, do you ladies think it's a good oil to cook with?? Would you recommend it..?
Extra virgin has a stronger flavor if you like that, but it does burn more easily so you'll have to be more precise with your heat setting. That being said, I like the extra virgin for both cooking and salad dressing.
