this beautiful little girl is my rainbow baby. we tried for 6 long years to grow our little family...4 years in we learn I was pregnant. we were so excited...my husband was deployed and was so excited he told his buddies on the ship. 10 days after I found out, at 7 weeks, I went to the bathroom and saw blood and my heart broke. went to the ER and I had a miscarriage...my husband was half way across the world and we both had to go through this alone. 2 years later my husband left the navy and we were in the middle of buying our 1st home...I took a test before my period was due to see if I needed to refill my fertility meds...within seconds I got a positive...although I worried every second of my pregnancy...on March 18 2015 my baby Charlotte gave me the greatest gift...i was a mother. she is 16 months old now and our greatest joy. she is smart, funny, a little sassy, and the best parts of me and my husband. she was worth the wait and disappointment each month...our rainbow baby came at the perfect time in our lives. to those who are having trouble trying or have had losses...don't ever give up! #momlifephotos
