I think I'm having some pretty bad round ligament pain. It's all across my pelvic area. Every time I stand up or walk it's this painful stretching feeling like I pulled a muscle. Is it ligament pain? Or should I worry?

Anyone else just get round ligament pain in one side? I went to the doctor and was told that's what it was and as a first time mom the pain made me paranoid 😂 but it's mostly on my left side.
Woke up this morning with a pain in my Lower belly. Might be Round Ligament pain but I think it's in the wrong spot for that. Who knows? Any suggestions as to what it might be and how to make it go away?
ultrasound today!! and I have pain in my lower stomach, kinda achy, I'm 20 weeks is this normal? and Idk if it's round ligament cause its not a stabbing pain
