Starting these today!!! kinda excited since I'm pumping for dad and breastfeeding... baby boy is a week old today and I'm pumping about 10-15oz a day and breastfeeding him as well.. I'm so proud of myself... 😱😱😱

for me they work fast if you just take the powder

@akeelah_naomi_mommy, yeah the pills are just big and hard too swallow, so I think I'll just take the powder out of the capsule and see how it works. Thank you so much!
