It can all be a chemical burn from the diapers. My newborn started to get it with diapers and had to switch them. And so didn't my oldest you may also wanna try different diapers @precioushope

she may have a yeast infection with it being open sores. I had this problem quite often with my youngest daughter cause she was allergic to a med we were giving her and never put 2 and 2 together

I have found that antibiotic ointment works on my son really well. I just out a thick layer on and it helps him so much. also, air drying. I let him run naked when he gets a bad rash, I don't use desitin, it broke him out and made his rash much worse after 1 use. went from a small rash into covering the entire area I put desitin on and was extremely red and blistery. I'd stop the desitin if I were you. hope it helps and hope she feels better. also, clean her with a warm washcloth each time you change her instead of the wipes.. they make the rash hurt worse because of the chemicals

Yeah it definitely needs air!! She needs to go the doctor though, it's become an open wound!

I'd try that and see if it gets any better. Do air as well although sometimes they'll pee everywhere haha but, it helps to be naked for rashes that bad

Sometimes desetin can make it worse. It can burn them. You can try aquaphor. There's this mixture you can make but, I can't remember it :(
