OMG. I pumped yesterday and my supply was just fine. I nurse them every 2-2.5 hours & then I pump . Today I'm pumping and can barely get an ounce out! How am I suppose to feed my twins ?! What could've happened ?!?

I nurse them every 2-2.5 hours and then I pump afterwards. I pump because I'll be returning to work and school soon and also so other family members can feed them if I'm busy .

ypur supply will change day to day. it doesn't mean anything is wrong.

I've been having the same problem. Couple of days ago could only pump an ounce. Now today I pumped 3 ounces
