Jesus, pumping hasnt hurt so bad 😭

My breasts/nipples are so sore without even touching them.

And sometimes I get this sharp pain in my nipples that lasts for a min, is that normal?

you may need a different size flange.

have ypu try ed using a little coconut oil on the inside of your flange so there isn't so much pull?

yep. normal. I'm 3 almost 4 months pp, and it still happens sometimes.

I hate pumping smh. My nipples are so sore and they constantly hurt. 🙄 smh

I just have to say I love love love my nipple piercings. My favorite piercings are my septum and Nipples 😍
