Okay so I thought newborns would mostly eat sleep n poop. But my LO can stay awake for 3 hours just looking around during the day an nap for only one to two hours!!? Is this normal? My LO is three weeks. (During the night he sleeps fine)
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
My bf's mom keeps telling me i need to keep my baby up for hours during the day to sleep longer at night. Uhhh no you don't deal with any overtired baby I do.

Are 30 min naps during the day plus 5-6 hours of sleep at night okay for a 2.5 month old baby? With a total of 13-14 hours a day of sleep. I find this very little sleep, but i don’t know what else to do. :(
