Anyone else barely EVER follow the "sleep when baby sleep" theory ! Lmao I think I did it once in 9 months😂 there's just too much stuff to do like wash bottles, wash clothes etc lol
I did for the first couple weeks, at least I tried. I was super tired and we had a sleep-in where we just stayed in bed basically for 2 weeks straight lol especially me, because I had an extremely painful, rapid birth and I hurt so bad for weeks afterwards! Now I nap with her occasionally if I don't have piles of crap to do or it I slept real bad that night. I can't do laundry with her asleep cuz I have to leave the apartment so basically I can only do dishes and other cleaning stuff or just spend some time ALONE for once hahaha
@km416, I went to wedding last Saturday and left Rocky at his grandmas because it was so hot. I was going to take him but a lot of mommies on here said it was a bad idea so I agreed and didn't. They were right I was sweating in like two minutes top.
@rockysmommy I was. I catch them taking her outside and I'm like no. it's way to hot. they listen but they do it behind my back. if I don't check on her while she naps
@junesmommy_15, that's me too! It's like during that time I have to prepare for when she wakes up!
I stay with my parents but don't sleep when I leave her alone with them they do w.e. they want with out making sure it's OK with me first. like they take her outside in 100 degree weather.
@rockysmommy, same with me! I watch some shows I missed and get on computer lol
Not many do. No offense, unless they stay with someone, like parents. We have to clean, cook, wash bottles, pump, shower, poop, eat. Or is that just me?
@rockysmommy I wish I can do that
I only have a break while she's asleep or I run to the store for a little. but people here don't listen to me they just think I'm being over protective. so I get frustrated
