All parts of the pineapple contain bromelain, however, the core of the pineapple has more concentrated amounts – be sure to stick the core through a juicer to get all the benefits out of your next pineapple

I love pineapple! One of my favorite snacks, but I usually eat it canned. I've heard that the canned doesn't have the bromelain that can help to soften the cervix. I think the bromelain is found in the core, or bone of the pineapple so I won't be trying that method. Plus I ate some canned pineapple last night and woke up at 2am with heartburn! Lol

@beauandleosmom, I have that issue when I eat too close to the middle, I call it the bone lol. But when its feeah pre-cut I do pretty good!

You need 7 or more whole pineapples to take effect 😒😒😒 already asked my doctor 😩😢 girl were in the same damn boat. I'm 40 weeks today and they won't induce me till next week!!!
