I take euphoric herbals and it's helped me a lot. I drink Gatorade and have had the cookies and tried everything else. Euphoric herbals have made the biggest increase. Check my post from last week or so.
If your breastfeeding then try to always pump even after a feeding. Don't give up!! Theres also a tea you can drink to try to help boost your supply!!💖💕💖
