I work at a nursing home. I have a resident with MRSA and another with shingles. I wash and use hand sanitizer frequently to keep myself and my child safe.

Hand sanitizer is actually not always good to use all the time due to it killing off good bacteria ad well as the bad.

I wish people here would! There's a big hepatitis outbreak on the island 😔 scares me
