is 18 weeks (almost) too early to use a belly band? my back is killing me but I feel like I'm smoothing baby...

uuugh!! I'm assuming this is round ligament pain because like both sides of my groin hurry right at the panty line. getting through work was NOT fun! now I'm laying in bed trying to get my back to ease up... maybe I should go down a day at work... 🤔

I love having a Doppler at home!! I love finding my baby every morning and listening to that little heart going thumpity thump! ❤

I have another question ladies... I'm 15w4d and I'm eating Chinese. (yummy!!) anyways, I can feel some crazy flutters going on but I don't know where my uterus is right now. my flutters are St the level of my belly button but like 3 inches to the left. baby????

have any of y'all used an art home fetal Doppler? I feel like it would help my paranoia to be able to listen whenever i wanted to... thoughts?

I hate working in the medical field sometimes because I'm exposed to so much stuff and it makes me super paranoid! 😫
