How long had you had it before you opened it? I think there is a time limit for refunds. If that's the case, they might not refund thinking you did it just trying to get money and a free playpen.

I used to work customer service at Walmart anything over 90 with no receipt you can't return and also you can't return anything over 50 without a receipt but what you can do is if you remember the exact day you bought it call the store manager speak to them and they can pull it up in their system but it's gotta be the exact store you purchased it from
