Has anyone ever had Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction? If so, did your doctor even do or say anything about it other than "oh it's normal"? Ive been reading up on it because I've been having pain in my pelvis when I put pressure on one leg like when I walk or get dressed. Everyone says "oh it's normal it's just pressure from the baby" but it's not. I know this can't be normal, it doesn't feel right at all. Anyway, has anyone had this or have a doctor actually able to do something about it? Ugh it's almost unbearable some days :(
I have it so bad I cry doing everyday thinks like getting out of bed, rolling over, going to the bathroom, putting pants on. My OB said "it's normal" like um no this is not normal. I shouldn't be in so much pain I cry. I have a high pain tolerance and it has to be bad for me to cry.
I'm right there with you and today I had the other midwife in the practice and she was rude about it like oh your having your second and it's completely normal. No bitch it's not when I can't get up sit down or walk without being in almost tears and I have an extremely high pain tolerance. I know it's not normal. Sorry you are in so much discomfort as well.
Mine has hurt too and Doctor and nurses just tell me "it's normal" it's gone away now but for a while I was miserable. @incunatrix
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
