I really need to get my body back! After 3 kids I need to find motivation. Any tips? I definitely need to start following a diet. But I need help figuring out what works best.
I liked popilates videos on YouTube. They were the most effective in the short time and you don't need gear (sometimes I didn't even change into workout clothes 😉) well that was good enough to get me into the swing of things. Now my son is 14 months and I am hitting the gym regularly again.
if you want more info or want any samples or anything I can give you more info, just message me! :)
no they arent, not at all! especially while actually trying to loose weight. you are suppose to drink TONS of water. but there are so many other great products to use with it as well. like the defining gel you can use actually with the wraps and it's suppose to work even better, as well as greens, fat fighters, ect. they're AMAZING!
@corbett82, aren't the it works wraps just a temporary fix? Like if you stop using them won't it all just come back?
I tried every workout and diet and nothing was working. NOTHING. I had a friend who was selling the products and let me try one, and that's all it took. I instantly saw results. And ever since that is all that I do with a lot of water drinking and that's it!!!!!
Hey all! I found these products that worked AMAZING after I had my first child. they're called the "it works" wraps!
It's like a girdle but more stable and comfortable. You can literally wear it 24 hrs a day if you want to or just as a tool during workouts.ссылка As far as workouts go I've been to so many gyms and just realized I'd rather do it at home so my go to right now is Cize by Shaun T
Basically what I want is my belly tighter and my arms to get smaller not so jiggly.
Try 30 min workouts at home 3 days a week to start. For me, having too many aggressive goals at the start makes it seem so daunting and then I get discouraged
Also I cut out most processed carbs and have been replacing it with lots of zoodles. Smaller portion sizes with more frequent meals, no eating after 8. I didn't do this all at once, just one goal at a time until it became routine. Haven't eaten rice or bread in a month
