Is there anyone who has done the "breathe the baby out method"? Like no coached pushing just letting the body do all the work?
nope did not poop! thank god lol that was my biggest fear! I can't imagine those mom's that push for hours at a time. HECK no is what I'd say... just listen to your body it is MADE to do this you got it mama!
I think I might try it. It seems be easier not that labor is easy at all lol @mdomke22 did you poop? I know most do but I've read it's because you are pushing so hard. @kandice_stedman86 thank you.
I did...not realizing it, and only pushed 2 times really to get the shoulders out. didn't tear either.
It hurt yes but at the time i had been doing everything natural and the pain you just almost "get used" to it. it kinda felt like you know when you go poop?? and idk if you've ever felt your body just push it out. lol it was just like that. when my doctor showed up I only pushed like 4 times and she was out. it was amazing!
@mdomke22 did it hurt? How long were you "pushing"? D
I did without even trying. your body will literally push that baby out whether you try or not. my nurse kept telling me to not push and breath through the contractions because we were waiting on my doctor to show up lol I'm like listen... im not pushing my BODY is doing all of it by itself and I cannot stop it! 😂😂
because you have the urge to push when your fully dilated. so your gonna feel so much pressure not pushing just breathing
@janae_ how? The body is doing the work. Women always strain so hard to push the baby out. If the body just does it, it's natural and isn't putting as much strain on the body or baby.
i had my mind set on letting my body do it on iys own..and when the time came i let my body do all the work and the nurses also ket telling me not to push because when they came in he was crowning..i kept telling them it wasnt me pushing..i pushed 2 times to get his shoulders out and he slid out
