FTM.. So i am breastfeeding and have had no problems till last night.. all she wanted was to nurse all night long... and now my boobs are empty empty and she just wants to be stuck to my boob... shes acting like she is hungry and hasnt slept all night long... would all be fine and no nipple confusion if i fed her one bottle so she will go to sleep and my supply to come back?? i got melda bottles that came with my pump.. i also have a system of feeding her with my finger like i do to give her an extra boost when she isnt eating enough... i just dont know how she will do with the formula... i got enfomil and similac..

cluster feeding also includes comfort nursing which means she can latch but is doing it because she misses you or wants comfort. it's absolutely normal & very good to establish your supple. until you regulate it's important to feed on demand & let baby latch. it tells your body to make the milk it needs to accommodate growing baby's appetite.
@verobaby, hmm.. i wasnt sure what she was doing... there was just like nothing and it hurt. she screamed everytime she fell asleep and fell off... She has cluster fed before during the day but she was getting milk too. idk if she was last nigjt or not
supplementing will do the opposite effect. what she is doing is cluster feeding. she is doing it to help increase your supply. you did not empty. by supplementing you are telling your body you to not need that much milk which will make her hungry because then you won't make enough. this is super normal. cluster feeding usually dies down after 6 weeks to 3 months. it harder in the first few weeks then becomes sporadic.
if you have emfamil newborn or supplementing I would use that

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
