Question/Advice🙋
When I had my daughter (before I knew she was a girl) My husband said if it's a boy we will name him Abel James💙
Well she was a girl so we named her Ella Rose❤
Anyways now that I'm having my second baby if it's a boy than were still naming him Abel. (I think lol)
My question is: There is this girl who I know mutually who follows me on Insta/Facebook and she named her baby Abel😩 And she just had her baby not too long ago.
I don't want to name my baby Abel and than she thinks I am just copying her cause my husband picked that name out for our baby boy 2 years ago.
What do you guys think??

Go for it! If anything, when you announce his name on social media or something say something like 'we had Abel picked out when we were expecting your sister' or something like that so she'll know it was already on your minds and not copied from her lol
one of my sister who is now 29 ever since she was like 6 she had her mind set with the name. anayi..pernounced anayee..well my other sister 2 years ago had a daughter and named her "danai...she so copied her...my 29 year old sister got so pissed ..i would have been mad too everyone knew. she picked the name..ppl are like that..you like it go for it
if you love the name I'd still use it! idc much what others would think. especially if you picked out the name awhile ago
I wouldn't care lol. if I had a girl I was going to name her Sophia Isabella . Sophia cus it's a cute name, and Isabella cus that was my grandmothers name. WELL, my hubbys moms friend is naming her daughter SOPHIA ISABELLA, she's having her next month. I was so mad. she got lucky I'm having a boy lol cus I would've still named my baby that

People are going to always think you copied them or SOA. Maybe give her a heads up if it is a boy that you're thinking about the name able due to picking it previously for the last pregnancy

So I made the post not to long ago about not having rights to the name blah blah blah well my cousin made a list of baby names for girls and guess what there it is again last one on the list!!! && she knew from being pregnant with my 2nd how bad I wanted that name if I had a girl!! lord if she ends up naming her daughter the name I wanted I’m still going name my daughter that too just different spelling!! No problem! I have a baby girl but we still picked out a boys name just in case and I know if we ever have a little boy I'd still want that name lol.
