It shouldn't be the reason for a small your baby is. It may affect they weight when born but it won't cause your baby to be small
With fetus only messuring 4 days behind I wouldn't be to concerned. You are still very early. If you are worried talk to your ob about it.

Normally they will take a second sonogram at 9 or 10 weeks, normally that early they have zero idea how far along you really are because the baby is way to small the measure.
Why this is my 3rd pregnancy and each time the fetus is smaller that what it's suppose to matter and the other two ended in miscarriage a week or two later @bugmama
Based on my period I should be 5 weeks and 6 day buy my sonogram measured at 5 weeks two day .... I just wonder if it's because of my sickle cell as to why every time my fetuses are small @tater4414
