Try using the electric one. Pump after every feeding, you can put that 1oz in the fridge then when you pump again you can put that 1oz in the fridge and combine the bottles to make 2oz, or whatever your baby drinks at a feeding then put it in the freezer if you'll be saving it longer than 5 days. You should be able to get pumping help from your WIC office, you may need a different size flange. They hopefully can give you tips on how to get more when you pump.

yup in total, well I have the Manuel one that wic gave me I also have a electric one I just haven't used it! @beauandleosmom
