Keep pumping and massage while you're pumping. Also massage while the hot water runs over your breast. Use a heat compress and leave it on. What got mine out was steady firm massaging while pumping. I know it hurts to massage but don't stop. Massage in a circular motion from top of breast down towards nipple where ever the clog is
