Anyone have tmobile? Is there a way I can get legit copies of text messages (not screen shots) on my own without having to go through customer service or go into a store? I wanna be able to go through all of our conversations for the last month or so and print off what I need physical proof of and not worry about irrelevant conversations.
Hate it when people who have had babies say 'good luck going through labour without an epidural' we all handle it different, so I could go through it with just gas and air, pisses me off!!

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

They can assist, but are not admissible due to the fact that anyone could have used the phone to send them.... There's no way to prove one specific person sent them even if they came from a number....

@mcrowell0970, it's for custody. I wanna cover my bases and make sure I bring up anything he can bring up against me. And I have said some stupid things, but I've also confessed to other things I've done wrong and I'm getting help that I need and working towards a better me. It's mostly on Facebook messenger but there's probably also some on text (he lives in the middle of nowhere so signal isn't the best where he lives)

They should, but if they have a lawyer they can get it thrown out..... I just did all of this. Your year does not mean you've been in the real court room. Bring them and have them but it can be pushed aside. They can claim the phone was stolen, they went to the bathroom, didn't know what was said, messages were deleted, ect. Yes, they are responsible for it, but it's not hard to get passed it. As well as recording any conversation, you can end up charged if they don't know about it.
