How do you know if your having a Braxton hick contraction? I can't really tell but my stomach has been tightening and releasing on and off all day

Yes, @baileysdawn when they are happening I use to just chug water and relax in a comfortable position and they'd go away. They would come based on how active I was or how hydrated I was.
