has anyone had success rebuilding a milk supply after you've stopped breastfeeding? I'd really like to actually breastfeed my daughter or at least pump. but it's been about a month and a half since I last expressed milk

I know it can be done, but it's not easy.It will take a lot of work and dedication. Look up relactating.
