What time do you put your 1 year old to bed? I feel like I always put her to bed too early or too late!

between 8 and 8:30pm he sleeps until 7:30 am
Oh okay so I was pretty close. I was putting her to bed at 8:30 usually but today she didn't nap and was grouchy so she went to bed around 7:30. Thank you @caydensmommy 💜
I actually just read an article today, it said between 6:30-8. Don't let her get overtired tired though.

No problem. Before I read the article yesterday I was putting my son to bed around 9-9:30. But last night I put him to bed around 7:30 and he slept so much better. So I guess the article was right!
