Finished the big brother and big sister bags today! As well as the few things I was missing for the hospital bags! Just need to finish the nursery and everything will be ready :)

@dcb012, I have a big sister little sister shirt too for first family photo there :) I didn't think about a baby shower bag! That is super cute! I think I'm going to steal that idea
I got each of them their big sibling shirt for our first family picture in the hospital, a book for each of them, a birthday cake sucker for each of them, a couple "busy" toys for them and a coloring book! :) and put them in "baby shower" bags so they know it's from the new baby.

Go for it!!!! :) my first thought it was awesome because we kept it a complete secret till baby came so he really thought the new baby got him something too! @lexilou_p
