Not sure if anyone has any idea but how can I go about making my Fiancé(baby girls dad) power of attorney and make sure he gets my daughter. my family is full of major assholes who will attempt to come take her. if something were to go wrong in labor and I don't make it I don't want anyone else to have the chance to come in and say anything to make that not possible.

type of a power of attorney paper yourself, and go to a bank and have it notarized. it becomes a legal document when this is done. make sure your nurses have a copy of it at the hospital too.

well we have no money and getting married in the next two days isn't an option.

Hire a lawyer to write a will or get married before giving birth.

the social worker is going to come in the morning and help me with everything. hopefully we can get it done before they start inducing me! thanks guys!
