My boobs hurt so bad any advice on how to sooth the pain

oh okay try warm compresses and have you tried lanolin? or some say coconut oil works better. cold will dry you up.

don't pump unless you have already had your baby. pumping causes contractions and will throw you into labor. heat helps. rub them. if you feel you are engorged you can hand express enough to relieve the pain but do not pump
