I would call and let them know. My contractions were irregular and they let me go 24 hours then check me over, turns out I had a kidney infection and was 4cm even though my contractions were all over the place. You know your body (: xx

My midwife said not to go in until they are 2-3 mins apart :) You need 3 within at least 10 mins X

Give them a call so they know things are progressing x

Unless there unbearable I'd stay as long as u can at home but maybe ring for advise if worried good luck
