I've heard dairy products cause cradle cap, when I cut it out of my diet my son stopped getting it.
Unrefined (unprocessed) coconut oil is super versatile. It's effective at soothing nipples if you're breast feeding. Your baby will ingest some of whatever is on your nipples, and unrefined coconut oil is easier on their bellies than chemical based alternatives. You can also use it to soothe little rashes and moisturize dry spots.
Yea. It will melt in your fingers and on the scalp
@sofiaismyworld, thanks.., just any regular coconut oil?
Coconut oil!! That stuff works miracles! Put a good amount on the spot and leave for like 5 min the comb it it out
for our bout of cradle cap we switched to using shampoo on her hair. I also put olive oil on her haid and brished off as much as i could and than shampooed it out it was gone in 2 days.
