Ok so since around 9pm last night I have been having pressure in my lower back that kept coming and going, it was every 20-30 minutes or so (I wasn't timing properly, just guessed) managed to go to sleep around 1am and haven't really noticed them whilst I slept. Woke up about an hour ago and it's definitely still there coming in waves and is a lot stronger than last night, it isn't exactly radiating to my tummy though.. Just about to start timing them. Could this be labour?

1st time it did go on a while @abbylouise Think it started Sunday evening but wasn't until Monday night that I started getting stronger & more regular contractions. Which also went on for days before I actually went into full labour. 2nd time it happened a lot quicker. But everyone's different.

I kinda thought they would of either stopped by now or be at least really painful seen as though it's been happening now for 10 ish hours. It's definitely more painful this morning though. How long was you like this before you knew something was really happening? @sara-lou

Sounds quite possible @abbylouise mine started both times with lower back pain for a while. Then they start creeping around the front! Fingers crossed for you! 😊

Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
