Anyone have advice on gaining weight while breastfeeding? I was 160 now I'm 89lbs. I look sickly and I have no energy plus I'm working.
Set alarms to remind yourself to eat throughout the day.
I've tried ensure, it never works and it's too expensive. My doctor told me to stop breastfeeding before it puts me in the hospital for malnutrition :/ so I've gotta find a way to get bigger again. Lol @forever223 @klg0123 @santistevanmommie
have you tried nutritional shakes? or smoothies with protein powder?
You're 89lbs? Babe that's very very small. You need to remind yourself to eat through the day. Remember if you're malnutrition your baby is most likely not getting the nutrients needed which can cause some major problems in the future. Bring easy snacks with you wherever you go.. High in fat and protein (cheeses, nuts, etc.) make sure you're taking your prenatal.
Snack through the day. Get snacks you know you can't resist
I usually don't even get hungry until the end of the day and by that time I'm too tired to eat lol
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I'm such a sucker for these!! Unfortunately I'm rocking the baby to sleep and I have no clue what color my underwear is. I'll have to get back to ya'll!!
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
breastfeeding is sucking the life out of me too. I weighed 112 before I was pregnant now I'm at 103. every time I get weighed I lose more weight. I'm eating more now than when I was pregnant though.
