So ladies I'm about to start my first workout of many! I have finally built up the courage to start working out again, thanks to a fellow Preggie (yes I still call it preggie) lol. I can't make it to the gym everyday so I'm going to workout at home the day that I can't make it to the gym. I believe in myself. I believe that I can feel good about myself again. BUT thats not going to happen by just sitting and pouting about how terrible I feel about myself. I'm also not just doing this for myself but for my kids. They need someone to look up to, and I would only feel good about them looking up to me if I am happy with myself. So send me good vibes and wish me luck on the start of my journey!
