its hard to tell but im my opinion i would say a bh is just tightness in your belly it doesn't hurt its just super uncomfortable and a contraction is also tightness but it hurts fells kinda like a really bad cramp

BH feels like some tightening or like tingles up and down your uterus, the other is like the most painful period cramps you've ever felt, comparable to what you would imagine someone stabbing and then dragging down a knife repetitively through your uterus would feel like.

Okay I've never experienced Braxton hicks just wanted to know if what I was feeling now we're Braxton hicks but their deff are contractions thanks ladies :) @mimi_s_the_boss @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom @babygirl10-11

bh and early labor contractions felt the same to me. the only diffrence was that the contractions Were Regular and I had back pain along with it.

I'm so confused after reading this if this were the case then I'm having regular contractions. my doctor said even Braxton Hicks can be consistent in spacing and timing for some people so now I am really never going to be able to tell when I'm in labor lol
