Need some advice girls my left nipple is so sore just went to the toilet and squeezed it and something watery came out. Don't know if it's my milk already?? It's really sore 😢

I was sat top less other day on the bed with my boobs resting on the duvet then noticed 2 tiny wet patches wasn't sure if come from boobs or cereal haha. going crazy xx

It's colostrum Hun. Nothing to worry about. You probably won't need to wear pads unless they leak on their own. I can get loads from mine but they don't leak on their own X

don't worry hun. same think happened to me with watery stuff coming out. think we just leaking. my mum told me to get some breast pads. aren't we lucky xx
