So my mom almost had to call an ambulance in the middle of publix today. For 2 days I've been extremely lightheaded and my mom said I apparently turned white and got really cold. I didn't realize what was happening until I heard her calling for help and I saw a manager from publix picking up my purse from the floor which I didn't even notice had fallen. Has this happened to anyone? This is really starting to scare me. I called my doctor but they send me to a voicemail and I have to wait for them to call me back 😞

I've never been anemic. This started in the middle of my pregnancy. I hate it. I'm constantly tired and lightheaded. I just never felt as bad as I did today. @lorraine2014

@yrch0302, its not to low yet but low enough to make u feel bad. u can get weak n dizzy. so besides the heat def that. ive been anemic my whole life. when i get to low i feel it and know it. i have it low right now. im tryna get it back up so i wont need a transfusion

Have u had your blood pressure checked out or iron? It sounds like something to do with that

u have to drink more i live in miami i get like dis all da tym. olus cuz of anemia. but if ur doing blood work and thats all fine its cuz the heat. i cant handle it. i can barely handle walking the dog outside the front of my house. my doctor said dont go to the beach or anything. i tried once i got extremely sick n ended up really dehydrated n had to get 2 bags of fluids.

I live in florida as well in debary...and its wayyyy too hot...my doctors stress about me staying hydrated and tbh one or 2 bottles of water just isnt enough with this heat....with my second pregnancy an ambulance was called bcuz i didnt wake up right away and i was 30 weeks and hit the floor....not fun...im sorry you have to go through it bcuz its a pain....try increasing your water intake and make sure your eating atleast 3-4 times a day snacks in between etc. i stay in A/C almost at all times bcuz once it gets too hot i start to over heat and i screw myself lol......

@heera, wow that's super scary. I drink water but I guess not enough with this terrible heat in Miami. I can barely drive anymore because I get really dizzy.

Happens to me all the time....i try not to do all the grocery shopping by myself anymore for that reason....how much water are you drinking? You need to stay as hydrated as possible as well...this happened to me last week at walmart and i ended up on the floor crawling to the clothes department...i sat in my car until i felt ok to drive....it sucks...
