So as soon as I found out l was pregnant I got caffeine out of my diet as much as possible. Now being a breastfeeding mama I do the same. Today I splurged and had a cup of coffee... 15 minutes later I was running for the bathroom. Best laxative ever 😂😂😂😂😂😂
