Ok i need a vote my daughter dad has only given me $40 her whole life shes 3 months. Her aunts have been watching her for free the last 3 weeks. Starting next week they can't. I found someone who can watch her $10 a day i work 5 days a week. So itd be 50 a week or 200 a week. The biggest thing her dad could do to help is to pay for the babysitter. Would it be wrong for me to say A. You can pay 200 a month for the babysitter or B. Ill file for child support?

No, hell... you are actually cutting him slack asking him to pay that low of an amount.
Oh then definately tell him he needs to start contributing

If he has a job, its definately worth asking because your state minimum is $50/month if he doesnt work, dont tell him though haha
