Well he got it approved with in like 4 days or 3. His boss also likes him a lot so he made sure my fiancé got his leave when he needed it. My man works all the time so his company gave him for an entire month paid leave. He rarely sees a day off in his schedule. @jennifer820

I did his app online, it took less than a week to get the approval from paid family leave, and his job was aware of the due date so they didnt care. 2 weeks for the cars, and funds to be available. The law is that if the employer has 50+ workers then they are required to offer it. Just have him check with human resources to see what he needs

Mine did, he took 7 weeks total off. 6 weeks paid, 1st week isnt

Mine did. And he got bout a month off.
