I've been off my birth control since May 6th. Had my first period in three years, July 6th and it only lasted till the 12th. We have unprotected sex and I worry that I will get pregnant and not know it. At this point, we're not really trying to have a baby, but we ain't trying to stop it either- we're gonna let it happen in it's own without getting stressed and disappointed. I'm worried I won't know when I get pregnant because at the moment, I smoke cigarettes and drink every now and then. I'm not gonna smoke when I'm pregnant but it worries me. I feel like a worry wart and that I shouldn't be worried about it.

@babymama85, that's what I'm really worried about and have been trying to stop. I'm making it a goal to stop by September, I know that's a while away but I feel like I can quit by then
I've been using ovia love that app , well if there irregular one way to know is if you go a whole month without a period @kayla23
@Kayla23, if you're off birth control, I would be very careful about smoking and drinking.....personally I wouldn't do it. Some women don't know they're pregnant until 8 weeks or so and by then a lot of development has occurred.... And smoking snd drinking during that time wouldn't be very good for baby.
thank you @countrymama121 but before I got birth control, my periods were irregular. I'm using the Ovia app to try and keep up with them
Just pay attention to your body and if you miss a period take a pregnancy test :) if you need anything or have any questions I'm here
I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!
all pregnant women complain we're pregnant we have every right to complain doesn't matter if your early in pregnancy or late in pregnancy I complained everyday of my entire pregnancy because it really sucked for me and I'm only about to be 39 weeks so I'm gonna complain even more

@Kayla23, well that's better than later! Good luck! When I stopped birth control trying to get pregnant with my daughter, I got pregnant the next week lol. This go around, it was 3 months before I got pregnant.
