My mom did everything for my baby shower . I helped , but she payed for everything . I told my family I wanted absolutely NO drinking , before or during my Babyshower, because my family consists of alcoholics . My mom was drunk. & we got into a fight before it started . She told me that I'm ungrateful & for me to enjoy the 500$ baby shower . I feel like shit because I would of loved my mom there . But she was drinking . Broke the only rule I had .

@orphanpuppy, my moms the greatest person when she's sober , she can be sober for work . So why on this day did she do that.@kenitra I'm 17. My grandma & my mom are both alcoholics . My grandma has guardian ship of me. & I could never kick my mom out my life. Like I said, when she's sober , she's my best friend .
I come from a large family of alcoholics and I have learned to either cut them out of my life or say "If you drink or act out you will be uninvited and not slowed to come around again". And I mean it!
@neeshadanielle, sit down with her later when she sober or half ass sober and ask her why she did and let her know you didn't intend for her not attend the shower but you were hurt and didn't want to have her around everyone like that.
@orphanpuppy, it's just so upsetting because she was just as excited as I was . Just as excited about my son as I am . & that's why I don't understand. Plus it hurts seeing my mom hurt & I know this is killing her . I just feel like shit .

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

You have to do what's best for you, but as time passed and I got older, I realized it was worse for me to continue dealing with it. My mom has periods of being bad but I have made it clear to her that she won't see her grandchild if it happens again. I will never put my kids through what I had to deal with. I hope it all works out for you!
