could this be the making of a heat rash? It's red and has little bumps and is spreading it also looks like it might be at the base of her back too. It's not our laundry detergent because she has never has a rash from it.

@mhaley1223, yes by tomorrow it will be smaller then probably by the next day it should be gone... jusy try to let it air out as much as possible- dont put lotion or anything on it

Diaper rash picture in comments! My son has had a small little rash under his little sac for about 3 weeks now. I have been putting Desitin on it every diaper change. It feels very dry and it's hard. It has become bigger it started off like the size of a skittle now it's like the size of 2 quarters. I don't know what it is. He has an appointment on the 15th. Do any of you mommas have an idea I'm out of things to put on it.
