I need to rant...
Today my brother went after my 4 year old AGAI, and for the first time after my 8 year old niece, with his verbal attacks. I went on defense mode, but didn't do ANYTHING, didn't even yell at him, just got him away from the girls. He went inside and a few minuets later I went to go in with the girls and as soon as I got my already messed up foot into the door he slammed the door shut on me. He got my foot, and my tummy. I filed a police report and when the officer got here, he wanted to talk to my mom (we live at her house right now) and my mom went and said whatever she said, and got it so yet AGAIN, my brother doesn't face consequences. I'm watching myself closer then normal cuz he slammed my tummy in the door, and so far everything is OK. But thanks to my mother the stupid idiot is getting away with assaulting me AGAIN. Back in November he hurt my daughter, and I defended her. I was charged for DEFENDING my daughter against him, because my mother played the "poor jr" card, and I almost went to jail. I've had plenty of reasons to beat the fuck out of him, buy i haven't because I'd go to jail. But since then he's almost gotten my dad thrown in jail, and has assaulted me 3 times!! The first two times my mom AND dad said if I did anything we'd be kicked out. This time he hurt my tummy and I'm 35 weeks pregnant, so I filed a report against him. If anything happens to my son it'll be his fault. And that's something my mom is concerned about, is that even with everything I've gone through with my pregnancy, my stupid brother will be blamed for it all. But doesn't see that from this point on, if something happens it is most likely a result from him slamming the door on me. I'm so ANGRY because every time he needs to face consequences my mother runs to his aid and he doesn't have to. We are moving in about a week, but that doesn't fix that he keeps getting away with EVERYTHING does wrong!!!!
