not baby related but i need help. i just barely started a new job maybe 3 weeks ago. and EVERY DAY the other employees are talking shit on me. if its not one thing its another. theres even been 2 mangers talking shit on me. its not just me its everyone thats new (theres like 5 of us) they don't do it when the big boss is around (shes normal there all day just not by them) i normally leave work so mad im fighting tears. im really not sure what to do.

if they are being mean or saying untrue things you can get them fired. you just have to have proof.

I would speak to human resources but if that's the big boss then just go up to them and say can I talk to you in private and then go on, and tell the big boss how uncomfortable the other coworkers are making you feel, and what you hear..

People can be such assholes!! I'm sorry you have to put up with their shit, but next time you hear them talk shit tell them how you feel especially in front of the big boss.
