I understand that! At 35w5d I was 1cm and 100% effaced. At 37w5d I was 4cm and 100% effaced and 6 days later, I went into labor at 38w4d! Every pregnancy and every woman's body is different, don't forget. I know girls who hung out at 4cm for weeks and went past their due date. Your body knows what to do and baby will come when she's ready. :)

You can be dilated for WEEKS. And yes, your plug can regenerate. You still have the opportunity to go full term and past that, even dilated to a 1. :)

It does! I lost part of my plug also and have had a lot of mucus discharge and braxton hicks. And the pain and pressure from her being head down is ridiculous. But I heard your plug can grow back. More so a curiousity question from a ftm!

I can't relate /: I barely 1 cm and about to be 39 weeks. But I heard you can be dilated for a while without dilating more! If that makes sense lol
